How To File An RCP Damage Claim
The Renter must FIRST call Corporate Claims Service at (267) 332-0814, ext. 119, or ext. 115 as soon as possible and advise of a “loss” under Renter’s Collision Protection.
The Renter will need to provide the Corporate Claims Service Agent with the following information:
- Rental Agency Name: Prime Rent-A-Car
- Rental Agency Address: 2 Irongate Dr., Waldorf, MD 20602
- Rental Agreement: (Provided at Rental Checkout)
- Police Incident/Accident Report: Obtained at the accident scene. (MUST have in order to process claim)
The Corporate Claims Service Agent will update the claim form with provided details and forward it to the Renter for review and signature. Be sure you have provided your current contact details to the Claims Agent to ensure proper correspondence.
If Corporate Claims Service has not returned the updated claim form to Renter within 5 days after the notice of claim, please contact Corporate Claims Service at (267) 332-0814, ext. 119, or ext. 115, and/or Prime Rent-A-Car for support.
Once received, the claim form should be signed and returned to Corporate Claims Service as soon as is reasonably possible, and no later than 7 days after a covered loss occurs (with 90 days being the maximum days, for special circumstances.)

The Renter will receive guidance from Corporate Claims Servicing (and/or Prime Rent-A-Car, if necessary), to complete the claims process. It is crucial that you remain easily reachable and promptly responsive during this period to avoid any legal penalties or financial repercussions.
Concealment or Fraud: The Company does not provide coverage for the Renter if the Renter has intentionally concealed or misrepresented any material fact (or circumstance) relating to the rental agreement or claim.
